The Peach Studio Privacy Policy

At The Peach Studio, privacy applies to all. It is important to be in control of your own data. In this privacy policy, it will state how and why The Peach Studio (“The Peach Studio”, “Peach Studio”, “PeachStudio”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information about you when you uses our website, emails, and other online products and services (collectively, the “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us or receive a communication from us.

What Information is collected

Information you provide to us

Account Information

You will need to create an account for any purchase, uploading information, session booking, view sensitive & protected information. The account will require a username (it doesn’t have to be related to your real name), gender input (can be declared as “Prefer not to say”). You maybe needed to provide a password, depending on whether you register using an email address.

If you sign in or register via Google or Facebook. We may collect your name and email from these services.

If you do opt in for Calendar Syncing, we will request your Google Calendar Access. This is for listing of booking session timings as well as scheduling the event directly into your Google Calendar.

Non-public content you submit

All content you have submitted will be restricted and only available to selected few, such as you and us.

Actions you take

We collect information about the actions you take when using the Services. This includes your interactions with the platform and content, like submitting your meals, uploading a picture of your food, logging your daily weight and steps. It also includes your interaction with other users such as when purchasing a Couple’s Package, the email you sent to invite the other person.

Transactional Information

If you made a purchase of our products from us or otherwise through the Services, you will have to provide your payment details in order to complete the purchase. We use industry-standard payment processor services (such as Stripe) to handle payment information, and those services are subjected to separate terms and conditions and privacy policies. We will collect information about the product or service you are purchasing (for example, payment date).

Information We Collect Automatically

Log and usage data

We may log information when you access and use the Services. This may include your IP address, user-agent string, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, device information (such as device IDs), device settings, mobile carrier name, pages visited, links clicked, the requested URL, and search terms.

Information collected from cookies and similar technologies

We may receive information from cookies, which are pieces of data your browser stores and sends back to us when making requests, and similar technologies. We use this information to deliver and maintain our Services, improve your experience, understand user activity, personalize content, measure the effectiveness of advertising, and improve the quality of our Services. For example, we store and retrieve information about your sign in user token.

Information Collected from Other Sources

We may receive data from other sources based on the login / register method such as Google and Facebook. Primarily, email and user’s name will be retrieved which will assist in account creation for profiling. You can control how your name is displayed in The Peach Studio Services.

Information Collected by Third Parties

We requested SASS (Software as a service) from Google Firebase, Stripe, FontAwesome to build The Peach Studio Services, and as such information base on their own privacy policy and terms and conditions maybe collected to further enhance the services they provide. The Peach Studio does not limit or control how third party services collects data when they serve their content directly via embeds or redirects to their services.

How We Use Information

We use information about you to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the Services;
• Personalize services, content, and features that matches your activities;
• Help protect the safety of The Peach Studio and our users, which include blocking suspect spammers, addressing abuse, and enforcing The Peach Studio User Agreement and our Terms of Service, as well as comply with applicable law;
• Research and develop new services.
• Send you updates on both the technical and physical notices;
• Provide customer service; and
• Communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, events, and programs, and provide other news and information we think will be of interest to you; (optional)

How We Share Information

In addition to the content that is display publicly as described above, we may share information in the following ways:

• With your consent. For example, at your direction through social sharing features that allows you to share content with third party sites like Instagram.
• With our service providers. We may share information with our SASS providers such as your email who needs such assess to your information to carry our work for us. Their use of personal data will be subjected to appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Example, on account creation, we will build a Stripe Customer Account base on the email that was provided to us and this allows us to track payment that is linked to your account.
• To comply with the law. We may share information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, including, but not limited to, meeting national security or law enforcement requirements. To the extent the law allows it, we will attempt to provide you with prior notice before disclosing your information in response to such a request.
• In an emergency. We may share information if we believe it’s necessary to prevent imminent and serious bodily harm to a person.
• With our affiliates. We may share information between and among Reddit, and any of our parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership.

How We Protect Your Information

We take measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For example, we use HTTPS while information is being transmitted. We also enforce technical and administrative access controls to limit who have access to non-public personal information.

We store the information we collect for as long as it is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes and/or if we believe doing so is in accordance with, or as required by, any applicable law. For example, if you violate our policies and your account is suspended or banned, we may store the identifiers used to create the account (such as phone number) to prevent you from creating new accounts.

Your Rights and Choices

You have choices about how to protect and limit the collection, use, and sharing of information about you when you use the Services. You may also have the right to correction/rectification of your personal information or to withdraw consent for processing where you have previously provided consent. Below we explain how to exercise each of these rights. The Peach Studio does not discriminate against users for exercising their rights under data protection laws.

Accessing and Changing Your Information

You can access your own information and change or correct certain information through the services. You can also request a copy of the personal information The Peach Studio maintains about you.

Delete Your Account

you may delete your account information at anytime from the edit profile page. When you delete your account, your profile is no longer accessible and all information that was previously posted will be deleted. All third party information will be non accessible upon deleting The Peach Studio Service. All subscription will be stopped. We may also retain certain information about you for legitimate business purposes and/or if we believe doing so is in accordance with, or as required by, any applicable law.

Do Not Track

Most modern web browsers give you the option to send a Do Not Track signal to the sites you visit, indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. However, there is no accepted standard for how a site should respond to this signal, and we do not take any action in response to this signal. Instead, in addition to publicly available third-party tools, we offer you the choices described in this policy to manage the collection and use of information about you.

Controlling Promotional Communications

You may opt out of receiving some or all categories of promotional communications from us by following the instructions in those communications or by updating your email options. If you opt out of promotional communications, we may still send you non-promotional communications, such as information about your account or your use of the Services.

If the changes, in our sole discretion, are material, we may also notify you by sending an email to the address associated with your account (if you have chosen to provide an email address) or by otherwise providing notice through our Services. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. By continuing to use our Services after Privacy Policy changes go into effect, you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
